What does a Game Presenter do?
Lead live versions of classic games like Blackjack, Roulette, and many more.
Explain the rules clearly and keep the gameplay flowing smoothly.
Ensure seamless gameplay while interacting and chatting with players.
Enjoy with others a comfortable environment during your breaks.
Requirements
- Fluency in English (mandatory)
- Ability to work in a team and interact with players
What you need to know before coming to Madrid
✈️ Relocation support
We support your relocation to Madrid with:
🟣 A flight to Madrid
🟣 26 days of accommodation upon arrival
Our team ensures that you have everything you need to settle in comfortably.
🎓 Training
You will complete a 2-week training course (Academy) where you will learn everything you need to start your role with confidence.
⏰ Working Hours
At Evolution Madrid, we work with three shifts:
• Morning shift: 07:55 – 15:00
• Afternoon/Evening shift: 14:55 – 23:00
• Night shift: 22:55 – 08:00
💰 Salary
Your salary consists of two components:
✅ A base salary
✅ A performance-related bonus
✅ Earned bonuses are paid out in the following month. They are based on: The number of hours you work in front of the camera (camera hours)
✅ Presentation bonus based on how you present the games
❓ Do I need to speak Spanish?
No, Spanish is not required. The only mandatory language to work with us is English.
📝 Passport
To work with us in Spain, you must have a European passport. This is necessary to obtain your Spanish NIE (Número de Identidad de Extranjero).
