About the Position

We are seeking a Gaming Lobby & Promotions Executive for our online casino at DAZN Bet, responsible for managing game portfolio, ensuring compliance, and enhancing player experience.

Responsibilities

Game Launch Management: Manage the end-to-end execution of game launches across multiple markets, ensuring a timely and high-quality delivery from testing to go-live.
Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Conduct ongoing game performance monitoring and analysis, producing clear, data-driven reports with actionable insights to inform player-focused strategies.
Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all game content and promotional assets strictly adhere to the regulatory and compliance requirements for each specific market (e.g., UK, Germany, Ontario), maintaining accurate records for auditing purposes.
Supplier Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with game suppliers, acting as a key point of contact and presenting assigned supplier roadmaps to internal stakeholders.
Strategic Game Planning: Produce data-driven game recommendations and planning strategies focused on improving player engagement, retention, and overall casino performance.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product, marketing, and compliance teams to align on market priorities, ensuring a cohesive strategy for game content and promotion.
Quality Assurance & Asset Management: Conduct thorough game testing and quality assurance before launch and manage the sourcing and organization of all game assets to meet brand and market standards.
Game escalations and queries: manage all game checks, gameplay verifications and game escalations effectively and efficiently.

Requirements

Solid knowledge of casino games and supplier ecosystems
Strong reporting and analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Proficient in producing clear and thorough documentation.
Hands-on experience with Pragmatic Solutions' back-office PAM and CMS (Advantageous)
Familiarity with BI tools or reporting platforms (Nice to Have).
Strong attention to detail.
Eager to learn, proactive, and self-motivated
Confident presenter with excellent communication skills.
Team player with strong relationship-building and collaboration skills.

Required Experience

Junior to mid-level; prior experience in an online casino or iGaming environment is an advantage.
Experience in games roadmap planning and execution
Compliance knowledge across multiple regulated markets (e.g., UK, Germany, Ontario)
Multi-market awareness with an understanding of regional player preferences.
