German Business Development

About the Position

We are one of the largest toy and game manufacturers in the world, proud to make the best fantasy miniatures! With 45 years of experience, we have grown from humble beginnings selling board games from the back of a van into a global sales network that turned over more than €500m last year and continues to grow!

We are looking for a German Business Development professional to join our team in Spain.

Responsibilities

• Search your territory for new leads, focusing on shops like Toy, Military, Game, Tattoo, Model, Stationary, Art, Newsagents, Book, Gifts, Computer, and Music.
• Make lots of cold calls to potential customers, convincing them to have a serious conversation about giving it a try.
• Send samples to potential customers.
• Follow up with those who have been sent samples to convince them to start stocking Warhammer as part of our stockist programme.

Requirements

• 2 or more years of Sales experience
• C1 or fluent German
• B2 English
• Cold calling experience

Expectations

• Over 50 calls per day
• 12 appointments booked with accompanying sample packs sent per week
• Over 8 hours of conversations per week
• 1 new stockist per week
