About the Position
German Content Moderator – based in Barcelona
Cross Border Talents is recruiting a German Customer Support for an Online Video Platform in Barcelona. Are you passionate about customer support and technologies? Responsibilities
- Provide customer support for a leading online video platform
- Ensure content moderation and compliance
- Handle customer inquiries and issues
Requirements
- Good communication skills, both verbal and oral
- Native German (C1/C2 acceptable) level written and spoken communication skills
- Minimum B2 Level English Spoken and Written
- European Nationality or Spanish Work Permit
- Ability to work with sensitive content
- Openness to work flexible hours as required (may include evenings, weekends, and/or holidays)
- Shifts: 8AM to 4PM or fixed Night Shifts – Monday to Sunday
