German Content Moderator for Social Media

About the Position

We are seeking a German Content Moderator for Social Media to join our team at a well-known social media company. The role involves reviewing and updating content, ensuring compliance, and maintaining customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Reviewing online videos, content, complaints, and legal notices related to copyright work/material.
• Reviewing and updating content on a popular social media platform.
• Auditing content received and sharing it for social media upload.
• Ensuring service delivery meets contractual Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Maintaining broad knowledge of client products and/or services.
• Adhering strictly to accuracy guidelines as laid down by the client.
• Protecting customer data and ensuring compliance processes are followed.

Requirements

• C1 or higher proficiency in German.
• B2 proficiency in English.
• Associate degree in a related field with 6 months to one year of relevant experience preferred.
• Strong customer service orientation skills.
• Strong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge.
• Ability to effectively communicate, both written and verbally.
• Dependable with strong attention to detail.
• Skilled in multi-tasking; including the ability to be flexible and adapt to changes quickly.
• Tolerance for repetitive work in a fast-paced, high production work environment.
• Ability to work as a team member, as well as independently.
• Demonstrate patience in all customer contact situations; including maintaining a pleasant and professional tone and manner.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule.
