About the Position
German Customer Support
We are seeking a German Customer Support representative with C1+ German and B1+ English skills for a full-time position in Portugal.
Responsibilities
- Answering customer questions and executing orders in the first contact around the entire Service Retail
- Assisting with phone banking ID and T-PIN & Postbank app setup
- Card blocking/unblocking/exchange
- Recording of phishing cases
- Acceptance of payment transaction orders
- Providing product information
- Recording of complaints
- If necessary, also sale of products/services (not at the moment)
Requirements
- Good linguistic expression in German (C1+)
- Conversational English skills (B1+)
- Active listening
- Enjoy customer service
- Willingness to solve even difficult cases in the first contact
- Resistance to stress
