About the Position

We are seeking a German gPMO with 3-6 years of experience to join our team in Pune, Bangalore, or Nagpur.

Responsibilities

Conduct training and take responsibility for project-specific service execution.
Follow STRIVE gPMO KPIs for service delivery improvement.
Utilize ITIL Foundation and PM Foundation methodologies.
Implement the STRIVE process and Complaint Ticket Process.
Adhere to Golden Meeting Rules.
Demonstrate a solution-finding approach for new demands and issues.
Conduct meetings professionally.
Manage stakeholder relationships effectively.

Requirements

German and English proficiency at C1 level.
ITIL Foundation certification.
PM Foundation certification.
Strong communication and soft skills.
Active participation in discussions.
Experience in stakeholder management.
Team work and adaptability.
Marketing of services.
