About the Position
We are seeking a German Sales & Marketing Agent to join our team in Berlin, Germany. In this role, you will act as a digital marketing advisor for our advertisers, providing expert knowledge in social media marketing and business support.
Responsibilities
- Act as a digital marketing advisor for advertisers.
- Provide information and guidance using expert knowledge in social media marketing and business support.
- Evaluate social media advertisement analytics.
- Make inbound and outbound calls to advertisers regarding their advertisements and budgets.
- Bring customer wishes into experience and involve in the successful implementation of sales funnel strategies.
- Detect trends and undesirable developments at an early stage and apply your ideas to powerful advertising campaigns.
- Meet Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) such as successful calls (average 24 minutes), successful implementation of marketing strategies as per desired quotas, attendance, and pitch rate (number of successful implementations of different campaigns).
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of sales/marketing experience.
- German proficiency at level C1.
- English proficiency at level B2.
