German Talent Acquisition Associate

Hemmersbach is seeking a German Talent Acquisition Associate to join our team in Athens, Greece. Ensure the on-time delivery of hiring requests and manage the end-to-end recruitment process for technical and non-technical positions.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for technical and non-technical positions, from hiring request and requirement profiling to offer.
• Act as the first point of contact for candidates and provide continuous support throughout the recruitment journey.
• Partner closely with hiring managers and specialist departments to define requirements, align expectations, and support final hiring decisions.
• Source and proactively approach suitable candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, and other channels.
• Screen CVs, conduct phone/video interviews, and participate in personal and client interviews.
• Create, optimize, and publish engaging job advertisements across relevant platforms.

Requirements

• Fluent German and English, both written and spoken.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a confident and professional approach.
• Comfortable working under pressure and managing conflicting priorities and deadlines.
• Hands-on, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work effectively with hiring managers and stakeholders in an international environment.
• Strong interest in recruiting, candidate experience, and talent acquisition strategies.
