Programme Overview

Duration: 18-months rotational programme.
Career Path: Fast-paced career in Marketing & Sales.
Learning: Get a better understanding of business.
Projects: Work on exciting and innovative strategic projects and get exposure to the Leadership team.
Collaboration: Cross-functional & cross-country collaboration and project management.
Training: Unparalleled development opportunities through a varied training program aimed at strengthening your leadership and commercial skills.
Academy: 2-week intense F2F training with your graduate peers from other end markets called Global Grad Academy.
Support: Support from coaches and mentors throughout the programme.
Network: Access to a global network of Graduates.

Collaborate with cross-functional and cross-country teams.
Develop and enhance leadership and commercial skills.

Requirements

Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields.
Interest: Deep interest in business management and the FMCG industry, ideally with hands-on working experience.
Skills:
- Results-oriented and motivated by achieving results.
- Analytically sharp, intuitive, and a creative problem solver.
- Excellent communication skills.
Languages: Fluent in both Spanish and English; fluency in another language is a plus.
Attributes:
- Thrive in an ambitious and international working environment.
