Global HR Business Manager (m/f/d)

Act as Single Point of Contact (HR SPoC) for all HR related topics for the Executive Leadership of the organization in aligning the overall HR agenda.

Responsibilities

• Drive HR projects and initiatives across different teams and countries, working closely with HR and business functions
• Support strategic topics such as retention, succession planning, skills development, and workforce planning
• Translate HR data, KPIs, and trends into structural and organizational recommendations - not just reporting
• Prepare reports and presentations to support business and HR decision-making
• Develop and track key HR metrics and help identify areas for improvement
• Build strong, trust-based relationships with HR teams and business leaders globally
• Support and guide HR colleagues through complex challenges
• Coordinate HR topics across countries and work with local and central HR teams to find smart, practical, and cost-effective solutions

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in HR Business Partnering, Project Management, or Consulting within an international, matrix organization
• Navigating competing executive priorities
• High level of business acumen and assertiveness paired with a focus on strategic thinking and execution
• Exceptional communication and networking skills, coupled with a strategic mindset and analytical approach
• Fluent in English (C1 level)
• Structured & data-driven approach
• Track record designing or re-engineering HR operating models across a matrix
• HR Administrative/HR Generalist experience, staff transfer, and financial topics (commercials) handling is a huge plus
