Global HR Business Partner

We are seeking a Global HR Business Partner to act as a Single Point of Contact (HR SPoC) for all HR related topics for the Executive Leadership of the organization in aligning the overall HR agenda.

Responsibilities

Act as Single Point of Contact (HR SPoC) for all HR related topics for executive and senior management across business and support functions globally, aligning the overall HR agenda.

• Drive HR projects and initiatives across different teams and countries, working closely with HR and business functions
• Support strategic topics such as retention, succession planning, skills development, and workforce planning
• Translate HR data, KPIs, and trends into structural and organizational recommendations - not just reporting
• Prepare reports and presentations to support business and HR decision-making
• Develop and track key HR metrics and help identify areas for improvement
• Build strong, trust-based relationships with HR teams and business leaders globally
• Support and guide HR colleagues through complex challenges
• Coordinate HR topics across countries and work with local and central HR teams to find smart, practical, and cost-effective solutions

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in HR Business Partnering, Project Management, or Consulting within an international, matrix organization
• Track record designing or re-engineering HR operating models across a matrix
• Navigating competing executive priorities
• Exceptional communication and networking skills, coupled with a strategic mindset and analytical approach
• High level of business acumen and assertiveness paired with a focus on strategic thinking and execution
• Fluent in English (C1 level)
• Structured & data-driven approach
