About the Position
We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Onboarding Specialist to support the transition from Sales to successful client and employee onboarding in the LATAM region. You’ll play a key role in delivering a seamless onboarding experience, helping ensure clients are set up for long-term success.
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of global clients, ensuring excellent communication and service delivery.
- Coordinate with in-country payroll providers, HR specialists, and immigration partners to manage full cycle payroll processing, ensure accuracy, compliance processes, and timeliness.
- Review and validate monthly payroll inputs and calculations, prepare and issue client invoices.
- Ensure on-time payroll processing, compliance filings, and onboarding/offboarding tasks.
- Maintain up-to-date and accurate records in CRM systems, including all employee and client documentation.
- Guide clients on benefits, payroll queries, compliance, and workforce planning.
- Support contract renewals and drive client satisfaction and retention.
Requirements
- At least 3-5 years of experience in payroll, or outsourcing operations. International experience and vendor management will be a plus.
- Strong understanding of payroll processes and employment lifecycle management.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Fluent spoken and written English. Fluent Spanish will be an advantage.
- Service-oriented, reliable, and quick to respond in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Excel and familiar with CRM tools.
