About the Position
We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Onboarding Specialist – LATAM to support the transition from Sales to successful client and employee onboarding.
Role Overview
You’ll play a key role in delivering a seamless onboarding experience, helping ensure clients are set up for long-term success. Acting as a central coordination point across Sales, Client Success, Operations, and partner network, you will support the Onboarding Manager in delivering a smooth and efficient onboarding lifecycle, contributing to the successful delivery of Global Employer of Record (EOR) services.
This is a hands-on role with meaningful responsibility from day one, with good scope for professional growth and development as you build experience across global onboarding and Global EOR services.
Location
Open to candidates based in different locations. Given the focus on LATAM projects, candidates based in relevant time zones or with regional proximity may have an advantage.
What We Are Looking For
You should have previous experience in onboarding, operations, HR, payroll, mobility, or customer-facing roles in an international environment.
- Strong organisational skills are essential. You will need to manage multiple onboarding projects in parallel, track detail accurately, and keep stakeholders aligned.
- Business-level Spanish is required, both written and spoken. This role supports LATAM hiring projects and requires direct communication with Spanish-speaking stakeholders.
- You should be comfortable working in a compliance-driven environment where priorities can evolve.
Key Responsibilities
Post-Sale Handover & Planning
- Review contracts, scope, timelines, and client requirements
- Support the development of structured onboarding plans and stakeholder alignment
- Help set clear expectations with clients and proactively identify risks
End-to-End Onboarding Execution
- Support the onboarding process for clients and employees
- Coordinate across compliance, payroll, immigration, and documentation
- Track progress, resolve issues, and keep stakeholders informed
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and enhance client value
Transition to Business-as-Usual (BAU)
- Ensure onboarding completion with accurate documentation
- Support a smooth handover to Client Success and Operations teams
- Assist during the early lifecycle phase to ensure continuity and satisfaction
Compliance & Risk Management
- Ensure adherence to internal processes and local regulations
- Maintain accurate records and audit trails
- Support the identification and mitigation of potential risks
Knowledge & Continuous Improvement
- Stay up to date with EOR regulations and market trends
- Share insights with clients and internal teams
- Recommend improvements to processes and service delivery
- Work closely with senior team members to develop expertise in onboarding and Global EOR services
