About the Position

Responsibilities

Organization and Control: Oversee the full cycle of accounting and tax accounting for key clients of the company (legal entities under the general and simplified systems).
Team Management: Manage a team of 2-4 accountants, including task assignment, performance monitoring, mentoring, and professional development.
Quality Assurance: Final review and submission of clients' financial, tax, and statistical reports.
Client Consultation: Advise clients on taxation, optimization of accounting processes, and financial aspects of their business.
Interaction with Authorities: Coordinate with regulatory bodies and support tax audits.

Requirements

Experience: At least 5 years of experience as a Chief Accountant or Deputy Chief Accountant. Experience in outsourcing or consulting is a plus.
Knowledge: Deep understanding of the Accounting Standards (P(S)BU) and the Tax Code (VAT, income tax - mandatory).
Skills: Proven experience in managing a small team, ability to delegate and motivate.
Attributes: Systems thinker, proactive, responsible, and results-oriented.
Communication: Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with clients and the team.
Technical Skills: Experience with BAS (analog of the former 1C). Proficiency in standard M.E.Doc, Вчасно.
