About the Position

Responsibilities
- Organization and control of the full cycle of accounting and tax accounting for key clients of the company (legal entities on the general and simplified systems).
- Management of the accounting team of 2-4 specialists: task setting, monitoring their execution, mentoring, and professional development of colleagues.
- Quality assurance: final verification and submission of financial, tax, and statistical reporting of clients.
- Advising clients on tax issues, optimization of accounting processes, and financial aspects of their business.
- Interaction with regulatory authorities and support of tax audits.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience as a Chief Accountant or Deputy Chief Accountant. Experience in outsourcing or consulting will be a plus.
- Deep knowledge of the Accounting Standards (P(S)BO) and Tax Code (VAT, income tax - mandatory).
- Proven experience in managing a small team, able to delegate and motivate.
- Thinks systemically, proactive, responsible, and results-oriented.
- Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with clients and the team.
- Experience with BAS (analog of the former 1C). Despite standard M.E.Doc, Uptime.
