We are looking for a talented Graphic & Motion Designer (m/w/d) to join our Marketing team in Berlin. In this role, you will be central to creating visual content that strengthens our brand identity and leaves a lasting impression.

As part of our fantastic Marketing team, you will combine motion design, video editing, and graphic design. You will bring animations to life, edit high-quality video content, and create engaging static designs for marketing purposes and visual knowledge dissemination about our software. 🚀

Daily Tasks

Although your day will be varied, your core responsibilities will include:

Motion Graphics & Animations: You will design and create animated video concepts from start to finish and design motion graphics elements (titles, lower thirds, call-to-actions, etc.) to enhance video content visually.
Video Production & Editing: You will handle the entire video editing process from initial idea to final cut – including storyboarding, asset creation (screen recordings, graphics), animation, export, and adaptation to various formats.
Graphic Design & Print Assets: You will create static graphic designs and layouts for marketing materials such as flyers, banners, and roll-ups, adhering to our brand guidelines.
Localization & Adaptation: You will adapt global marketing and video content to the DACH market, ensuring a consistent brand voice.
Cross-functional Collaboration: You will work closely with international marketing, media, and design teams to ensure a smooth workflow and implement campaigns holistically.

About You

🎬 Experience & Portfolio: Proven experience as a Motion & Graphic Designer and a compelling portfolio with work samples (animation, video editing & graphic design).
🛠️ Program Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (especially After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop).
🎨 Brand Understanding & Design Sense: A keen eye for aesthetics, design, and typography, and the ability to implement brand guidelines accurately.
🚀 Project Responsibility: Strong initiative and the ability to independently manage projects from start to finish.
💜 Communication & Teamwork: Excellent communication skills, openness to feedback, and a collegial, team-oriented approach.
🧠 Organization: Structured work method, including the neat archiving of video material and design assets.
🗣️Language Skills: Very good German skills (C1-C2) and fluent English.

Fair Salary: We play it straight.

Depending on your relevant professional experience, the gross annual salary for this role is between €45,000 and €55,000.
