About the Position
We are looking for an ideal candidate who will contribute to a high-growth team in a rapidly growing business. With a proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment, he/she will demonstrate the ability to identify opportunities and take ownership to drive growth across the business.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with the Creative Team to design and develop marketing collaterals, including social media graphics, presentation slides, and other visual assets.
- Support the design team in brainstorming and concept development for campaigns and projects.
- Adapt and resize existing designs for different platforms and formats while maintaining design consistency and quality.
- Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and project objectives.
- Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and deliverables.
- Adapt quickly to feedback and incorporate revisions as required.
- Support any other ad-hoc design tasks or projects assigned by the Creative Team.
Requirements
- Open to all students currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Mass Communication, Media, Graphic Design, Advertising, or Marketing.
- Proficient in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop).
- Familiarity with digital content creation (e.g., social media posts, banners, simple motion graphics) is a plus.
- Any prior portfolio or project experience in graphic design will be an added advantage.
- Willing to commit a minimum of 3 months; open to Sep/Oct 2026 batch.
- Passionate, agile, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Have a positive and “can-do” attitude.
- A fun, easy-going, and creative individual.
