Celebrating 5 years in the industry, we have successfully completed over 1000 projects for clients in Ukraine, Europe, the USA, and the Middle East. Our global goal is to scale our clients' businesses and elevate them to a fundamentally new level. To achieve this, we have assembled a team of professionals who work diligently towards this mission.
Recently, we have become part of an IT holding. This year, our goal is to triple our profitability and enter the TOP digital marketing agencies in Ukraine, as well as increase the share of international clients to 50%.
Currently, we are looking for a top Graphic Designer to join our team and grow with us in the number and scale of projects.
Responsibilities
- Analyze client identities, brand books, and competitive environments. Integrate the corporate style into all design materials;
- Search for references, form mood boards, and select visual content (including paid stocks);
- Develop social media banners (static and creative formats);
- Create social media page designs, post templates, and stories;
- Design presentation materials;
- Retouch and prepare photos for use;
- Approve layouts with clients, make revisions;
- Work with the CRM system (task and status tracking);
- Communicate with the team about ideas, concepts, and work results.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience as a graphic designer;
- Proficient in Figma / full Adobe;
- Understanding of composition and working with fonts without complex typography;
- A well-designed portfolio with examples of work;
- A distinct style that sets your work apart;
- English: B1

- Open to learning and constructive feedback.

Social Responsibility
Social responsibility is extremely important to us. Two charitable foundations operate on the basis of the company, specializing in the rehabilitation of military personnel and assistance to children of military personnel and those affected by hostilities. Our company fully provides the administrative activities of these foundations and allocates funds for their main goals.
We regularly purchase FPV drones and supply our defenders with cars. This year, we decided to expand our support for the Armed Forces of Ukraine and began investing in military startups engaged in the production of attack drones, as this direction is one of the most important for our armed forces.
