About the Position

Groceries Manager - Poland

Glovo is seeking a Groceries Manager to oversee Quick Commerce’s main vertical in Poland. You will be responsible for building and managing strong, long-term relationships with our largest grocery partners, negotiating commercial models that drive growth and profitability.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and guidance to the team to achieve account KPIs (growth, profit, operational excellence).
• Develop and maintain great relationships with key partners.
• Own strategic partner relationships, including P&L tracking, product integrations, co-marketing efforts, and operational excellence.
• Analyze partner KPIs and ensure growth month-over-month.
• Support partners in leveraging Glovo’s marketing platform to increase order volume.
• Lead contract renegotiations to establish sustainable economics.
• Collect partner feedback and translate it into product, marketing, and operations improvements.
• Recruit, train, mentor, and motivate the accounts team.

Requirements

• Solid commercial background and at least 2-3 years of experience managing high-performance teams.
• Experience in the FMCG environment is highly regarded.
• Working proficiency in both English and Polish.
• Customer obsession.
• Understanding of Key Accounts' impact on P&L.
• Good judgment and accountability.
• Ability to find smart solutions to complex problems.
• High agility and comfort in ambiguous environments.
• Experience managing teams with a respectful, kind, and fair approach.
