We are seeking an experienced analyst to join our SEE (Southeastern Europe) Growth team. Responsibilities

• Understand and track key growth metrics, providing visibility to stakeholders.
• Own the reporting of KPIs by creating and using customized tools.
• Assist colleagues in accessing the right data and simplifying concepts.
• Support local marketing activations and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Monitor the competitive landscape and provide insights for marketing strategy.
• Track weekly and monthly performance, identifying improvement opportunities.
• Own the activity grid with information on planned activations and events.
• Support ad-hoc analyses and projects based on business needs.
• Drive marketing projects from exploratory phase to execution and coordination.
• Drive clarity and solve ambiguity using data-driven approaches.

Requirements

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in similar roles.
• Academic background in Math, Engineering, Business, Stats, or Quantitative fields.
• Proficiency in SQL; Python is a plus.
• Ninja expertise with Excel / Google Sheets.
• Knowledge of visualization tools like Tableau, Looker, or Qlikview.
• Critical reasoning and strong communication skills.
• Ability to bridge analytical and communication skills.
• Business acumen and passion for end-to-end project management.
• Hands-on attitude and proficiency in English.
