About the Position
Admitad is a global provider of innovative performance marketing solutions, monetization technologies, partnership services, and earning management with a partner network of more than 3000 advertisers and +100K active publishers. We are looking for a Growth Manager who will join our team to accelerate the growth of our partner ecosystem.
Responsibilities
- Acquire new SMB customers across international markets and expand the company's presence.
- Develop scalable acquisition strategies, test new channels, and explore partnership opportunities.
- Map the customer lifecycle to identify and resolve bottlenecks in onboarding, activation, and retention.
- Partner with Product and Customer Success to build a frictionless, self-service onboarding flow.
- Run data-driven experiments to improve conversion rates and build repeatable growth playbooks.
- Support marketing campaigns, lead generation, and product-led growth initiatives.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Sales to share market feedback and prioritize growth projects.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Growth, Business Development, Product Marketing, Customer Acquisition, or Sales.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing and customer acquisition strategies.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong sense of ownership.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, international environment.
- English fluency (C1+).
