About the Position
Mitgo is a global tech company focused on delivering innovative solutions and promoting entrepreneurship. Our purpose is to build, invest in, and nurture online businesses. We are looking for a Middle QA Engineer to strengthen our Team.
Responsibilities
- Manual functional and regression testing of Mitgo X web applications
- Creation of test documentation, in particular checklists
- Recording defects in the bug tracking system
- Maintaining documentation up to date
- Proactive improvement of quality control processes on the project
Requirements
- Experience in testing web applications
- Experience in writing test documentation (test cases, checklists, test scenarios, bug reports, testing reports)
- Experience working with AI tools to accelerate the testing process and test documentation creation
- Analysis of Technical Specifications
- Experience with test management systems (TestLink, TestRail, etc.)
- Experience with bug tracking systems (Jira, YouTrack, etc.)
- Experience using Postman (or its analogues) for API testing is a must
- Experience using web development tools (e.g. Chrome DevTools)
- Basic knowledge of SQL and NoSQL
- Experience in exploratory testing, task prioritization, and testing process optimization
- Confident skills in analyzing and documenting requirements (working with specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria)
- Knowledge and experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, TeamCity)
- Understanding of version control systems (Git)
- Understanding of software development processes and the software development lifecycle
Nice to Have
- Experience with Chrome DevTools
- Experience with Exploratory testing
- Experience with Task prioritization
- Experience with Software development lifecycle
Soft Skills
- Ability to effectively collaborate with developers, analysts, and product managers
- Responsibility and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a multitasking environment and adapt flexibly to changes
