Join Gismart as a Growth Product Manager in a remote role, driving product growth and user satisfaction in a fast-paced EdTech environment.

About the Project

Testora is a self-discovery app that helps users explore and analyze their personality, intelligence, relationships, and career strengths through engaging tests. The app offers personalized challenges, progress reports, and habit tracking, making Testora your go-to tool for self-awareness, stronger relationships, and personal growth.

Responsibilities

• Own the user journey end-to-end, from ad click to payment and retention - identify opportunities, launch experiments, measure and communicate business impact
• Drive continuous delivery of growth experiments - either hands-on using our automation tools or in collaboration with Design and Development on more complex experiments
• Work as part of a cross-functional team focused on revenue growth while maintaining high user satisfaction and profitability

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in a fast-paced environment with proven results (we’re also happy to consider exceptional candidates with less experience)
• Strong problem-solving skills - dive deep into problems, find root causes, suggest action plans, and drive solutions end-to-end
• Strong analytical skills - work confidently with product and marketing metrics, dashboards, spreadsheets, and data-driven hypotheses
• Proactive ownership - take initiative, anticipate needs, communicate early, and drive decisions and outcomes as if you own the business
• Quick learner - comfortable adopting AI and automation tools to speed up the design and development
• B2+ English
