About the Position
APERCON is searching for an experienced Head of Account Management Operations to build and lead the client operations function for a fast-growing iGaming platform in Cyprus, Europe.
The role focuses on structuring the Account Management department, strengthening long-term operator partnerships, and driving the commercial performance of the platform ecosystem.
Responsibilities
- Build and lead the Account Management Operations department
- Develop operational frameworks for managing platform partners
- Increase speed and efficiency of client service delivery
- Strengthen long-term cooperation with operator partners
- Improve turnover and utilization of platform services, including:
- gaming content and game providers
- sportsbook products
- PSP and payment solutions
- Drive commercial performance and platform profitability
- Establish operational KPIs, reporting, and client success metrics
- Coordinate closely with product, integration, and commercial teams
Requirements
- Strong experience in Account Management / Partner Operations in iGaming
- Experience working with platforms, aggregators, or B2B gaming providers
- Deep understanding of game provider, sportsbook, and payment ecosystems
- Proven experience building and scaling operational teams
- Strong analytical mindset with focus on platform performance and client economics
- Fluent English (additional languages are a plus)
