About the Position

Global iGaming group is hiring a Head of AI & HR Automation to lead the digital transformation of People Ops - from recruitment to offboarding.
Responsibilities
- Build and scale HR automation strategy (recruitment, onboarding, performance, comp, offboarding)
- Implement and customize HR systems: HRIS, ATS, LMS
- Use no-code tools (Zapier, Make, Airtable) to automate processes
- Integrate AI tools: chatbots, analytics, semantic search
- Ensure smooth cross-system integrations and data flow
- Collaborate with IT, finance, legal on scalable solutions
Requirements
- 4+ yrs in HR Tech / Automation / HR Ops
- Hands-on with Workday, HiBob, Personio, or similar
- No-code / low-code automation skills
- Basic scripting / API knowledge
- Solid grasp of full HR lifecycle
- English: Upper-Intermediate+

- Budgeting & headcount planning automation
