About the Position

Head of BI

We are seeking an experienced Head of Business Intelligence to turn data into actionable insights that drive business growth and strategic decision-making.

In this role, you will own the BI function, including analytics, reporting, dashboards, data governance, and data infrastructure. Working closely with leadership and cross-functional teams, you will ensure the business has access to reliable data, meaningful insights, and scalable analytics solutions.

You will also play a key role in shaping the analytics foundation of our new platform, helping build robust reporting and data capabilities from day one.

Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the company's BI strategy.
  • Lead reporting, dashboarding, and data visualization initiatives across the business.
  • Analyze player behavior, product performance, marketing effectiveness, and key business KPIs.
  • Deliver actionable insights and recommendations to support strategic decisions.
  • Establish and maintain data governance, quality, and reporting standards.
  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams on data architecture, tracking, and analytics infrastructure.
  • Partner with Marketing, CRM, Product, and Finance teams to measure and optimize performance.
  • Drive a data-driven culture and act as the company's analytics subject matter expert.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Analytics, or Data Strategy roles.
  • Advanced Tableau expertise, including dashboard development, data visualization, and Tableau Server administration.
  • Strong SQL skills and experience with data modeling and ETL processes.
  • Experience building reporting frameworks and translating data into business insights.
  • Understanding of data quality, governance, experimentation, and performance measurement.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Commercial mindset with the ability to connect analytics to business outcomes.
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in iGaming, Sportsbook, or other online gaming businesses.
  • Knowledge of GA4, Affilka, Adform, Google Search Console, and similar platforms.
  • Experience with Python or R.
  • Understanding of player acquisition, retention, and lifecycle analytics.
  • Experience using AI tools to improve analytics workflows.
