Head of Big Data Products

Currently, we are opening the position of Head of Big Data Products in Kyiv, who will be responsible for the development and scaling of three product platforms of Vodafone Ukraine:

• Analytics and Lead Generation - audience segments, analytical products, and lead-gen solutions for large B2B clients
• AdTech / Programmatic - programmatic advertising platform
• Omni Bulk - mass communication platform (SMS / Viber / RCS) with the ability to launch targeted advertising campaigns

Responsibilities

• Formulate and implement the development strategy for three product lines
• Manage P&L direction: revenue, margin, unit economics
• Develop the PO team, establish delivery and discovery processes
• Scale the programmatic platform (advertiser pipeline, ARPU, inventory)
• Develop Omni Bulk as a full-fledged CPaaS + AdTech product
• Enhance monetization of data assets through new segments and partnerships
• Work with top-level B2B clients and defend solutions at the C-level
• Ensure compliance (GDPR, data and advertising regulations)

Requirements

• 3+ years in product management, with experience in the role of Head of Product / Product Lead and a PO team under your command
• Proven experience in scaling B2B data products (analytics, AdTech, MarTech, CPaaS, telco data monetization)
• Deep understanding of the AdTech / MarTech stack: DSP, SSP, DMP, programmatic, attribution
• Knowledge of the CPaaS market and channels (SMS aggregators, Viber Business, RCS)
• Strong stakeholder management, experience working with C-level and large clients
• Ukrainian - fluent, English - Upper-Intermediate+

Nice to Have

• Experience managing P&L direction from 100 million UAH/year
• Background in a telecom or digital operator
• Experience launching programmatic from scratch or scaling it
• Contacts in advertising holdings and media agencies in Ukraine
