About the Position
We are seeking a full-time Head of Business Development to join and lead our growing Business Development team. The ideal candidate will drive sales and affiliate growth, bringing innovative strategies and a customer-centric approach to our enterprise.
Responsibilities
- Negotiating and connecting enterprise clients: Building and maintaining strong relationships with enterprise clients.
- Development, support, and maintenance of enterprise clients' campaigns: Ensuring the success and growth of client campaigns.
- Development of Sales and Affiliate departments:
- Bringing new partners on board and maintaining relationships with them.
- Leading sales initiatives consistent with the company’s overall strategy.
- Generating revenue and managing strategic partnerships.
- Negotiating changes to terms and conditions of contracts.
- Acting as a consultant to partners, providing market-specific advice and global best practices.
- Acquiring new media partners and implementing products.
- Representing the company at industry events locally and abroad.
- Providing feedback to the company on how to best service clients’ needs.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in business development and sales, including 2+ years in leadership positions.
- Excellent understanding of sales and marketing techniques: From engaging and closing customers to creating ideas for new campaigns.
- Proven track record of the sales cycle from the first contact to the negotiation and deal closing.
- Customer-centric and service-oriented mindset.
- Data-driven mindset.
- Experience in working with OKRs.
- Fluent English.
- German, French, or Dutch is a big plus.
