We are seeking a Head of DEI for our Belfast office to lead our diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Lead and implement diversity, equity, and inclusion strategies
- Collaborate with various departments to foster an inclusive workplace
- Develop and deliver DEI training programs

- Strong leadership and communication skills
