Head of DEI - UK
Join Orbis Education and Care as Head of DEI - UK to lead diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives in our educational services.
Responsibilities
- Lead and implement diversity, equity, and inclusion strategies across all educational services.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure DEI principles are integrated into all aspects of the organization.
- Develop and deliver training programs to promote a culture of inclusion and respect.
Requirements
- Proven experience in diversity and inclusion leadership roles.
- Strong understanding of DEI principles and practices in educational settings.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
