About the Position

Elastic is seeking a Head of DEI - Belfast to lead diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives within the Engineering department.

Responsibilities

• Lead and implement DEI strategies and initiatives within the Engineering department.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to foster an inclusive workplace culture.
• Develop and execute DEI training programs and workshops.
• Monitor and report on DEI metrics and progress.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a DEI leadership role.
• Strong understanding of DEI principles and practices.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
