About the Position

We are seeking a Head of DEI - UK to lead our diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives in our UK office. This role is pivotal in shaping our company culture and ensuring that our workplace is inclusive and equitable for all.

Responsibilities

• Lead and implement diversity, equity, and inclusion strategies across the organization.
• Develop and manage DEI programs and initiatives.
• Collaborate with various departments to integrate DEI principles into all aspects of the business.
• Monitor and report on DEI metrics and outcomes.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a DEI leadership role.
• Strong understanding of DEI principles and practices.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to influence and drive change at all levels of the organization.

We Offer

• Competitive salary: $65,000 - $81,000 per year.
• Full-time position.
• Onsite work in London, GB.
