About the Position
We are looking for a Head of SEO with strong hands-on experience in highly competitive niches who can do more than manage processes - someone capable of building a scalable SEO strategy that drives sustainable organic growth and business results. This role is ideal for a strategic leader who makes data-driven decisions, has a proven track record of scaling SEO initiatives, and knows how to build high-performing teams.

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute SEO strategies for highly competitive markets.
- Scale and grow multiple SEO directions and initiatives.
- Launch new projects and identify new opportunities for organic traffic growth.
- Lead multiple teams and coordinate cross-functional collaboration across SEO, Link Building, and Content.
- Define strategic priorities and effectively allocate resources and budgets.
- Analyze competitors, market trends, and experiment results to identify new growth opportunities.
- Monitor and optimize key business metrics, including organic traffic, rankings, conversions, revenue, and ROI.
- Respond quickly to search engine algorithm updates and performance fluctuations.
- Build scalable processes, KPIs, and reporting systems across the SEO function.
- Drive AI adoption to optimize SEO workflows and content production.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in SEO.
- 2+ years of experience as a Head of SEO or in a similar leadership role.
- Proven experience in the iGaming industry or other highly competitive niches.
- Experience leading SEO teams or managing multiple SEO directions.
- Demonstrated success in growing organic traffic, increasing revenue, and scaling SEO projects.
- Strong expertise in technical SEO, link building, website architecture, and modern SEO best practices.
- Ability to make strategic decisions based on data and business metrics.
- Solid understanding of how SEO impacts business growth and revenue, not just search rankings.
- Experience building scalable processes, KPI frameworks, and high-performing teams.
- A proactive, ownership-driven mindset with a willingness to stay hands-on and continuously test new ideas.
