About the Position
We are seeking a Team Lead SEO with extensive experience in leadership and SEO strategy to manage our digital marketing efforts. This role is remote and open to candidates from all regions.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the SEO team
- Develop and implement SEO strategies
- Conduct technical audits and define tasks for development teams
- Analyze traffic trends and create recovery plans
- Manage multiple projects and oversee backlog
- Conduct performance reviews and set development goals
- Implement best practices and improve team efficiency
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a leadership role
- 3–5 years of commercial experience in the iGaming industry
- Deep understanding of how search engines work
- Expert knowledge of ranking factors and Google algorithms
- Experience in developing and implementing SEO strategies
- Experience in highly competitive niches
- Experience managing large-scale projects
- Ability to analyze traffic trends and identify causes of drops
- Experience with iGaming-specific SEO challenges
- Experience with A/B testing of SEO hypotheses
- Ability to build long-term SEO strategies
- Understanding the impact of SEO on business metrics
- Data-driven decision-making skills
- Strong understanding of business priorities
- Experience managing an SEO team (or mentoring specialists)
- Skills in developing and growing team members
- Experience conducting performance reviews and setting development goals
- Hiring and evaluation skills
- Experience overseeing multiple projects simultaneously
- Backlog management skills: prioritization, timeline control, and risk management
- Ability to delegate effectively with quality control
