About the Position
We are seeking a Head of Japan Finance（日本法人経理責任者） to manage AnyMind Japan's financial statements, assist in creating disclosure materials, and improve accounting processes.
Responsibilities
- AnyMind Japanの月次／四半期／年次決算の実施および管理
- 開示資料（有価証券報告書、決算短信など）の作成補助
- 予算と実績の差異分析
- 月次マネジメントレポートの作成
- 新規事業の立ち上げに伴う会計処理対応
- 管理会計やキャッシュフロー管理のサポート
- 経理業務フローの見直しおよび改善提案
- 他部署と連携した業務プロセスの設計・運用
Requirements
必須要件
- 2年以上の経理経験
- 財務または経営企画のご経験または興味がある方
- 発生する問題に対し、オーナーシップを持ち取り組むことができる方
歓迎条件
- 上場企業またはそれに準ずる企業での決算・開示業務の経験
- 四半期・年次決算のご経験
- ERP（NetSuiteなど）を使用した業務経験
- スタートアップやベンチャー企業での就業経験
- 業務フローの構築・改善に携わったご経験
- 英語に抵抗のない方（読み書きレベルでOK）
- 英語力（レベルは問いません）
