Head of Live Commerce (ライブコマース 事業責任者)

About the Role
We are seeking a Head of Live Commerce to lead the TikTok Shop business in Japan, focusing on strategy, marketing, and operations. This role involves developing business strategies, designing KPIs, and establishing marketing, sales, and operations. The candidate will also be responsible for coordinating with internal expert teams and external stakeholders, managing schedules, budgets, and KPIs, and overseeing various production and management tasks.
Responsibilities
- Develop business strategies, KPIs, and marketing, sales, and operations plans
- Coordinate with internal expert teams and external stakeholders
- Manage schedules, budgets, and KPIs for assigned projects and team members
- Conduct business challenge identification, solution proposal, and material creation
- Experience in identifying and proposing business challenges to senior executives, negotiation, and closing deals
- High-level business communication skills (facilitation, presentation, negotiation)
- Strong teamwork and integrity
- Experience in people and organizational management
Requirements
必須要件
- Knowledge and experience in live commerce and social commerce, including TikTok Shop
- 2+ years of consulting or business development experience (preferably in digital marketing)
- Project management experience
- Ability to identify business challenges, propose solutions, and create materials
- Experience in identifying and proposing business challenges to senior executives, negotiation, and closing deals
- High-level business communication skills (facilitation, presentation, negotiation)
- Strong teamwork and integrity
- Experience in people and organizational management
