About the Position

Head of Marketplace Growth

We are seeking a Head of Marketplace Growth to lead our international marketplace sales strategy and business development for LPP brands. The role is based in Warsaw, Poland.

Responsibilities

• Develop and Implement Strategy: Create and execute the marketplace strategy for LPP brands on international platforms, ensuring sales growth, profitability, and meeting sales targets.
• Business Development: Identify new markets, acquire key business partners, and negotiate cooperation terms.
• Product and Content Management: Develop product assortment strategies in collaboration with LPP brands, ensuring product visibility, presentation quality, and customer experience.
• Sales Analysis and Recommendations: Analyze sales results, build KPIs, and provide business recommendations to the Board and brand leaders.
• Team Building and Process Development: Build and lead the marketplace team, define operational processes, develop team competencies, and coordinate with LPP central units.

Requirements

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in e-commerce and marketplace, with proven success in international sales growth through platforms (e.g., Zalando, Amazon, About You, Next, Kaspi, etc.).
• Experience in building business development strategies and scaling sales in international markets.
• Experience in team building and efficient process management.
• Strong analytical skills and decision-making based on data.
• Excellent communication skills with product, marketing, and e-commerce teams, and strong negotiation skills.
• English proficiency at least at B2 level in speaking and writing (role embedded in an international environment).

• Experience directly from a marketplace operator.
• Knowledge of the fashion, lifestyle, or retail industry.
• Practical knowledge of analytical tools and marketplace advertising.
