About the Position
APERCON is seeking a Head of Retention for our client, a renowned international iGaming company. This role is remote and based in Cyprus, Europe.
Responsibilities
- Creating and managing retention strategies at all stages of the funnel.
- Implementing player return and retention strategies based on data.
- Working with high-value player segments (VIPs, whales).
- Monitoring and analyzing retention KPIs: DAU/WAU/MAU, churn, reactivation rates, LTV.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience as Head of Retention in iGaming (B2C).
- Proven track record of implementing player return and retention strategies based on data.
- Experience working with high-value player segments (VIPs, whales).
- Strong understanding of retention KPIs: DAU/WAU/MAU, churn, reactivation rates, LTV.
