About the Position

APERCON is seeking a Head of Retention for our client, a renowned international iGaming company. This role is remote and based in Cyprus, Europe.

Responsibilities

  • Creating and managing retention strategies at all stages of the funnel.
  • Implementing player return and retention strategies based on data.
  • Working with high-value player segments (VIPs, whales).
  • Monitoring and analyzing retention KPIs: DAU/WAU/MAU, churn, reactivation rates, LTV.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience as Head of Retention in iGaming (B2C).
  • Proven track record of implementing player return and retention strategies based on data.
  • Experience working with high-value player segments (VIPs, whales).
  • Strong understanding of retention KPIs: DAU/WAU/MAU, churn, reactivation rates, LTV.
