About the Role
As part of Itera’s strategic growth ambitions for 2026–2028, we are launching a new key role - Head of Sales, Itera Ukraine.
This position will play a pivotal role in strengthening Itera’s commercial capabilities, accelerating revenue growth, and expanding our footprint across selected markets. The role combines strategic leadership, hands-on sales execution, and close collaboration with regional teams across Norway, Sweden, and Denmark.
We are looking for a commercially driven leader with a customer-oriented mindset who thrives in an international environment and enjoys building strong partnerships, teams, and business opportunities.
Responsibilities
Sales & Business Growth
- Own revenue growth for both new and existing customers in Ukraine
- Drive new business generation and develop a strong sales pipeline
- Build and execute sales strategies aligned with Itera’s growth ambitions
- Identify new market opportunities and customer needs
- Develop tactics for customer penetration, cross-selling, and long-term partnerships
- Contribute directly to sales activities, customer dialogues, and negotiations
- Evaluate business opportunities based on customer value and profitability
- Coordinate sales and marketing initiatives to maximize commercial impact
- Monitor market trends, competition, and industry developments
Strategic Collaboration
- Collaborate closely with Itera regions in Norway, Sweden, and Denmark
- Work cross-functionally with delivery teams, bid organization, and Communities of Practice
- Ensure strong alignment between customer expectations and delivery capabilities
- Support the development of customer squads and scalable delivery models
Leadership & People Development
- Build trust and foster a collaborative, high-performance culture
- Coach and support commercial talents within the organization
- Partner with HR and leadership teams on recruitment and workforce planning
- Encourage continuous learning, professional growth, and knowledge sharing
- Promote Itera’s values, culture, and leadership principles
Requirements
- Strong experience in B2B sales, business development, or commercial leadership within IT/technology consulting
- Proven ability to drive revenue growth and build long-term customer relationships
- Experience working in international and cross-functional environments
- Strategic mindset combined with hands-on execution
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills
- Leadership experience with the ability to inspire and develop teams
- Understanding of distributed delivery models and technology services is a strong advantage
