Responsibilities

• Building and strategic development of a new SAP Utilities department at q.beyond
• Responsibility for the technical, organizational, and economic development of the department
• Development and implementation of a future-oriented SAP Utilities strategy
• Building and further developing teams, structures, and competencies
• Shaping and expanding the service portfolio in the SAP Utilities environment
• Developing existing customer relationships and identifying and acquiring new business potentials
• Responsibility for the successful implementation of customer projects and the further development of delivery structures
• Close cooperation with the existing SAP environment with around 300 colleagues
• Representing the department towards customers, partners, and in the market

Requirements

• Several years of experience in the SAP Utilities environment, ideally with SAP IS-U and/or SAP S/4HANA Utilities
• Several years of leadership experience in a department management, practice lead, or comparable role
• Sound knowledge of the processes and challenges of the energy and utility sector
• Experience in building teams, business areas, or consulting areas
• Strong entrepreneurial thinking and strategic foresight
• Experience in business development and customer management
• Confident demeanor, high communication skills, and pronounced leadership competence
• Willingness to actively shape and sustainably build a new department
• C1 proficiency in German, B2 proficiency in English
