Head of Staff Events

About the Position

We are seeking a Head of Staff Events to lead impactful staff events at Netcompany, fostering a strong internal community. Responsibilities

• Develop, plan, and implement staff events that align with Netcompany’s culture and values
• Create innovative event concepts that engage employees and meet organizational goals while fostering memorable experiences that inspire and strengthen internal community and teamwork
• Maintain clear communication with all stakeholders – top management, colleagues, vendors, and participants to ensure expectations are met
• Manage event budgets, negotiate with vendors, ensure cost-effectiveness, and maximize the impact and value of event activities
• Continuously optimize future events to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction

Requirements

• Extensive experience with event management ideally within a larger organization with a proven ability to define clear goals
• Strong leadership and managerial skills, experience leading teams and managing complex projects
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and excels in stakeholder management
• Financial skills, experience developing and managing realistic event budgets and keeping track of expenses
• Creativity in event planning and the ability to think outside the box to deliver unique experiences
