About the Position
The Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine announces a tender for the position of civil service category “B” - head of the Department of Integrated Monitoring of the Department of Strategic Analysis and Forecasting of the Department of Organizational and Hardware Work of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine.
Order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine of June 17, 2021 No. 461 was approved.
Responsibilities
- Performs the management and organization of the work of the department.
- Monitors and controls the performance by employees of the department of official duties, rules of internal labor and service regulations.
- Ensures an increase in the level of professional competence of the department employees through internal training.
- Provides mandatory orders to the employees of the department on issues belonging to its functional powers, controls their implementation.
- Organizes the planning of the work of the department, the execution of tasks and instructions of the management on issues within the competence of the department, and prepares (within the competence) proposals to the management on improving the forms and methods of organizing work.
- Organizes work on monitoring information arrays, depending on the operational situation, socio-political events and instructions of the Ministry leadership.
- Prepares and provides the management with generalized materials on the monitoring carried out, information-analytical materials in accordance with the competence of the department.
- Defines for subordinates the directions and methods of monitoring structured and unstructured databases and information arrays.
- Organizes, provides and takes direct part in the preparation of information materials developed on the basis of the conducted monitoring, as well as developed draft regulatory, organizational and administrative acts and other documents falling within the competence of the department.
- Makes proposals to the management of the Ministry on the need to amend legislation and regulatory documents related to the sphere of activity of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, as well as takes a direct part in their development.
- Organizes work with documents in accordance with current legislation.
Requirements
- Education: Higher education with an educational degree not lower than a master's.
- Work experience: Experience in public service positions of categories “B” or “C” or experience of service in local self-government bodies, or experience in managerial positions of enterprises, institutions and organizations, regardless of the form of ownership for at least two years.
- Proficiency in the state language: Fluency in the state language.

We Offer
- Salary: Official salary - 13,700 UAH; allowances, surcharges, bonuses and compensation in accordance with Article 52 of the Law of Ukraine “On Civil Service”; increase to the official salary for the rank of civil servant in accordance with the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of January 18, 2017 No. 15 “The issue of remuneration of employees of state bodies” (as amended).
- Duration: Indefinitely; the term of appointment of a person who has reached the age of 65 is one year with the right of re-appointment without the obligatory holding of a competition annually.
