Head of the Department of Interaction with Representative Offices of the Accredited Center of Key Certification

About the Position

The Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine announces a tender for the position of civil service category “B” for the role of Head of the Department of Interaction with Representative Offices of the Accredited Center of Key Certification.

Responsibilities

• Organizes work on the opening of representative offices (in particular, separate registration points) of the ACSC of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
• Coordinates, accompanies, and supervises the work in the provision of qualified electronic trust services.
• Provides briefings with the staff of the ACSC representative offices of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
• Uses to improve their practical skills, knowledge of regulations and legal acts of Ukraine in the fields of electronic trust services and information protection.
• Participates in activities to ensure the provision of qualified electronic trust services using the passport of a citizen of Ukraine with an implanted contactless electronic medium (passport in the form of an ID-card).
• Participates in the preparation for inspections of the ACSC of the Ministry of Internal Affairs by the supervisory authority.
• Ensures the management of regulatory and contractual work on the functioning of the ACSC of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and its representative offices.
• Ensures interaction with other qualified providers of electronic trust services and their representative offices.
• Prepares analytical and summary materials on the direction of the department's activities for consideration at the meetings of the Ministry of Internal Affairs management.
• Participates in the organization and operation of a comprehensive information protection system in the information and telecommunication system of a qualified provider of electronic trust services.
• Implements proper administration in the ACSC of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and control over the operation of the ATSC ATSC of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
• Participates in keeping records, issuing, and controlling the correct use of secure carriers of personal keys issued by the ACSC of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.

Requirements

• Education: Higher education with an educational degree not lower than a master's.
• Work Experience: Experience in public service positions of categories “B” or “B” or experience of service in local self-government bodies, or experience in managerial positions of enterprises, institutions, and organizations for at least two years.
• Proficiency in the State Language: Fluency in Ukrainian.

We Offer

• Official salary: 13,700 UAH
• Allowances, surcharges, bonuses, and compensation in accordance with Article 52 of the Law of Ukraine “On Civil Service”
• Increase to the official salary for the rank of civil servant in accordance with the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of January 18, 2017 No. 15 “The issue of remuneration of employees of state bodies”
