About the Position

The Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine announces a tender for the position of public service of category “B” - head of the Sector for work with enterprises. The successful candidate will lead and manage the sector's activities, ensuring the control and execution of tasks and functions assigned to it.

Responsibilities

• Leads the Sector and directs its activities
• Organizes the work of the Sector
• Ensures the control and execution of tasks and functions assigned to it
• Determines the duties of civil servants of the Sector and approves their job descriptions
• Monitors the state of office work in the Sector
• Signs letters and other documents related to the performance of its tasks and functions
• Issues organizational and administrative acts within its powers
• Represents the Ministry of Internal Affairs in relations with public authorities and local governments
• Contributes to ensuring the implementation of a unified state policy and the implementation of the requirements of regulatory acts aimed at achieving equal rights and opportunities for women and men

Requirements

• Education: Higher education with an educational degree not lower than a master's degree
• Work experience: Experience in public service positions of categories “B” or “C” or experience in service in local self-government bodies, or experience in managerial positions of enterprises, institutions, and organizations for at least two years
• Proficiency in the state language: Fluency in Ukrainian

• Knowledge of legislation: Constitution of Ukraine; Law of Ukraine “On Civil Service”; Law of Ukraine “On Prevention of Corruption” and other legislation
• Knowledge of legislation in the field: The Law of Ukraine “On the Management of Objects of State Property”; Economic Code of Ukraine; Civil Code of Ukraine; Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated February 28, 2000 No. 419 “On Approval of the Procedure for Submitting Financial Statements”; Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated June 19, 2007 No. 832 “On Approval of the Procedure for Monitoring the Performance of Government-Owned Objects Management Functions and Criteria for Determining the Effectiveness of Government-Owned Objects Management”; Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 19, 1993 No. 203 “On the application of the contractual form of an employment contract with the head of an enterprise that is in state ownership”; Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated September 03, 2008 No. 777 “On conducting competitive selection of heads of business entities of the state sector of the economy”; Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 878 of October 28, 2015 “On Approval of the Regulation on the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine”; Order of the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of Ukraine of March 02, 2015 No. 205 “On approval of the procedure for drawing up, approving and controlling the implementation of the financial plan of an entity of the state sector of the economy”, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on March 19, 2015 under No. 300/26745

Salary

• Official salary: 13,700 UAH
• Allowances, surcharges, bonuses, and compensation in accordance with Article 52 of the Law of Ukraine “On Civil Service”
• Increase to the official salary for the rank of civil servant in accordance with the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of January 18, 2017 No. 15 “The issue of remuneration of employees of state bodies” (as amended)
