Head of VIP Operations
Join RISK, an international iGaming company, as Head of VIP Operations to lead and optimize our VIP operations across multiple regions.

Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end VIP operations across the hub and ensure operational excellence across all regions.
- Develop, implement and maintain unified VIP operational standards, processes, and SLAs.
- Oversee VIP Setup Team performance and the quality of operational setups for new and existing VIP teams.
- Ensure consistency and scalability of VIP operations, products, and key mechanics, including RAF, across regions.
- Lead hiring, onboarding, and development of Regional VIP Leads / Heads.
- Identify operational risks, bottlenecks, and optimization opportunities; drive implementation of improvements.
- Lead cross-regional operational initiatives and ensure alignment between local teams and global standards.
- Provide operational analytics, reporting, and recommendations to senior leadership.
- Act as Backup Chief VIP Officer, ensuring business continuity and taking operational leadership when required.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in VIP Operations, Operations Management, or a similar leadership role.
- Experience managing multi-region or distributed operational teams.
- Strong knowledge of P&L management, forecasting, and operational planning.
- Strong strategic thinking and organizational design skills.
- Proven experience in cross-functional and cross-regional management.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with CRM, VIP CRM, telephony, ticketing, and other operational tools.
- Experience with KPIs, SLAs, operational reporting, and process optimization.
- Strong leadership skills and experience managing senior-level teams.
- Fluent English.
Experience in iGaming, fintech, e-commerce, or another high-volume digital business is a strong advantage.
