About the Position

LPP is an international Polish company that has been successfully operating in the fashion and retail sector for over 30 years. Our company manages five recognizable brands: Reserved, Cropp, House, Mohito, and Sinsay. Currently, we have opened over 5,000 stores in Ukraine.

We have a large IT department that works in Lviv and Kyiv with a hybrid work schedule (4 days in the office, 1 day remotely) and a comfortable format of interaction within the team. We have ambitious plans for the future and are actively expanding our capabilities throughout Ukraine, so we are looking for:

Helpdesk Specialist (Technical Support)

This role is very important for our team because its main goal is to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of all systems and equipment in the office and stores, promptly resolving technical requests and issues.

Responsibilities

• Assist users (1L 2L support) - quickly and efficiently resolve technical issues
• Diagnose and fix hardware and software problems
• Configure PCs, POS terminals, printers, network equipment
• Support the opening of new stores
• Work with requests in Jira
• Maintain the IT infrastructure of the office

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in technical support
• Confidently work with Windows (at the administrator level)
• Understand networks, CCTV, video surveillance, or cash equipment
• Experience with Jira or similar tools
