About the Job
Starting February 1, 2027, Norlandia Care will take over the operations of Arna helseheim. We are now looking for healthcare professionals who want to help develop the services and professional environment further.
Here, you will become part of an established professional environment with significant knowledge about the residents and the nursing home. We will build on what works well while developing work processes, professional meeting places, and new solutions together with the employees.

Some of Your Tasks Will Be
- Provide person-centered care and support based on the individual resident's needs, resources, and wishes
- Observe changes in the residents' health status and follow up on measures
- Contribute to activity, mastery, and meaningful everyday life
- Collaborate with residents, relatives, colleagues, and other professional groups
- Participate in professional development and improvement work
- Contribute to a safe and controlled introduction of new technological solutions
We Are Looking for You Who
- Have a Norwegian authorization as a healthcare professional
- Have good Norwegian language skills, minimum level B2
- Have an interest in elderly care and person-centered care
- Are attentive, professionally curious, and confident in dealing with residents and relatives
- Collaborate well and contribute positively in the work environment
- Work structured and take responsibility for your own tasks
- Wish to use and further develop your competence
Experience in elderly care is an advantage but not a requirement. If you have an interest in elderly care, a warm heart, and a desire to make a positive difference in the everyday lives of our residents, we hope you will apply. We welcome both newly trained and non-professional applicants.
About Arna helseheim
- 100 long-term places distributed across two departments and two buildings: Stølsvegen and Utløbakken
- Centrally located in Indre Arna, approximately 15 minutes walk from the train station and Øyrane square
- Scenic surroundings with terraces and gardens for residents and visitors
