HR Administration Assistant

About the Position

Responsibilities

• Entering employment data into the company database and HR software
• Managing schedules for employee vacations, sickness leave, bereavement leave, and maternity leave
• Assisting in preparing employment contracts, contract addendums, and job descriptions
• Preparing personnel administration documents such as tax forms, employment engagement forms, health insurance, and termination documents
• Filing all kinds of personal documents
• Preparing simple reports based on personal data
• Suggesting and discussing improvements to current systems
• Organizing both hard and soft documents and files
• Keeping all documentation up to date
• Assisting in HR Department ad-hoc projects
• Performing duties in accordance with company standards and procedures
• Complying with internal policies and instructions
• Ensuring compliance and accuracy of provided information
• Timely execution of tasks assigned by the Direct Manager
• Replacing colleagues during their absences, provided it does not result in overtime
• Ensuring full attendance at necessary trainings and workshops
• Being responsible for trusted work resources and items
• Carrying out activities related to personal safety

Requirements

• Incomplete higher education preferable in business administration, psychology, or other related fields
• Professional working proficiency in English and Georgian (written and verbal)
• Intermediate knowledge in Excel and proficiency with other Microsoft Office programs
• Accuracy and initiative
• Excellent communication skills
