About the Position

Cpl HR Recruitment is seeking talented HR Administrators or those looking to grow their HR career to support a growing international organization and become part of a dynamic HR team supporting employees across multiple countries based in Co Louth.

Responsibilities

• Manage onboarding and offboarding processes
• Prepare contracts, letters, and employee documentation
• Maintain HR systems and employee records
• Support payroll and benefits administration
• Produce HR reports and support compliance activities
• Respond to employee and manager queries

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years' HR Administration experience
• HR qualification essential
• Strong attention to detail and organization skills
• Experience working with HR systems and confidential employee data
• Excellent communication skills

We Offer

• Competitive salary range of €38,000 - €42,000 per year
