HR Administrator

Location: Mexico – Queretaro

Employment Type: Full-time

Ensure the smooth running of the entire employee lifecycle and compliance with legal and company requirements.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR documentation
• Support payroll processing and ensure timely and accurate payments
• Assist with recruitment and onboarding activities, including scheduling and coordination
• Provide administrative support to HR, including reporting and documentation
• Respond to employee inquiries and support HR-related requests
• Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and legal requirements
• Support implementation of HR policies and process improvements
• Participate in HR projects and initiatives as needed

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• 2+ years of experience in HR administration or similar role
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail
• Knowledge of HR processes, policies, and regulations
